Nasma Jrondi

Energetic Transition Consultant

 

Nasma Jrondi is currently supporting the Mohammed VI Foundation for Environmental Protection on projects related to decarbonisation and climate. Prior to that, she worked for 7 years as a Permanent Expert for the Commission in charge of environmental affairs and sustainable development at the Economic, Social and Environmental Council (EESC).

She participated in the drafting of the EESC report on “The Blue Economy: Pillar of a new development model for Morocco”. Her fields of expertise cover energy transition, sustainable mobility, sustainable cities and climate change.

Nasma has a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Relations which she obtained in 2007 from the University of Westminster in London. Nasma is also involved in the associations environment. She is Vice President of Mentor’Elles, an association for the empowerment of young Moroccan women.
